SHIPPING

We ship to all locations around Australia. We aim to post all orders the following day but please allow 2-3 working days (we do not post on weekends) for orders to be dispatched as we are a small operation. We will notify you when your order has been sent and will supply you with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary according to location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items are final sale, please be mindful that vintage clothes have had a life and previously been worn. We take great detail in measuring each item and describing any flaws as some may have imperfection or sizes may vary to current brands. We want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchases so please check all measurements and product descriptions prior to purchasing.

SIZING

All measurements stated on our online store are taken lying flat, for best results we always recommend you measure yourself and/or similar items in your wardrobe and compare to our measurements.

Some sizes, whether vintage or new, may vary to the modern "Australian" sizing chart. So to avoid disappointment, please always check measurements before purchase.

CONDITIONS

Here at Heuey & Scout we try our hardest to only source high quality vintage, retro and preloved. With items that have been previously owned there will be signs of wear-and-tear. All products listed will have indications of flaws and shown in the pictures.
